This international initiative brings together young changemakers to co-create bold solutions for climate and social challenges. Supported by the Climathon Advisory Board and funded by the Eupean Commission through the Erasmus+ Programme, the project connected partners from Germany, Austria, and Estonia.

Through a series of capacity building sessions for the and an intensive Climate Innovation Bootcamp, participants developed their entrepreneurial ideas, building skills in sustainability, innovation, and impact-driven business models. The journey concluded with an inspiring Demo Day in Berlin, where selected teams presented their projects to a panel of expert judges and joined workshops and discussions with climate and entrepreneurship leaders.

Rooted in collaboration, learning, and action, this project is a testament to the power of youth-driven solutions and international partnerships in tackling the climate crisis.
